My husband and I had dealings with Michael on the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. We were recommended to Michael by a friend who lived in the Belmont area. I followed my friends advice and let Michael conduct the selling plan as he saw fit. My initial thoughts were to take cheaper options, but Michael was clear with the plan he put forward and justified all the costs in selling my house. After 3 weeks of open homes, inspections and declining to take offers (at Michaels reccomendation) we went to Auction with shaking hands and a racing heart.
