Michael helped the reviewer buy this property

More transparency would have been appreciated

Michael is a really nice guy who went above and beyond to help me with a plumbing issue on final inspection but I have some serious reservations about giving a higher rating. When a property that is for sale is "styled" and furnished to create the best impression, it is to be expected that bare of furniture it will not present as well. Whilst it is the buyers responsibility to see beyond the styling, you don't pull down every wall hanging and it is not reasonable to expect that every mirror or picture hides fist sized holes in walls. When asked about what was being covered an agent should have been more forthcoming than just to say a TV point. Michael's responsibility was to the vendor but he should have been more transparent in his dealings with prospective purchasers
