Michael was very professional and friendly from the moment we met him at the property viewing, and up to the time we closed the contract after successfully bidding for the house. Michael was always available to take any questions, and when not readily available always called back in a prompt manner. On more than one occasion, he was able to organise a home viewing so that I could show my extended family their new home, prior to closing. Throughout all our dealings with Michael, he showed himself to be utterly reliable and knowledgeable, and quickly erased any concerns we had regarding the whole property purchasing process.
