I gave Mike explicit instructions not to take on the sale of my unit if he didn't think he could achieve the number I would not budge any lower on. He said he believed what I was asking for was achievable. Not only did he secure the price I was looking for, he well and truly surpassed it. There is no doubt he is a salesman, but there is so much more to him than that. I can't put my finger on it, but there is something I really like about him. I just felt comfortable from early on in our discussions that he would do his utmost best to deliver upon what he said. If the opportunity ever arises again I woud certainly use his services again.
