I sold a property with Michael and purchased another in the Mile End area through Michael. Michael was very helpful and I found his strength was, good feedback as to what was happening and his general manner made it easier as a vendor and a purchaser. At one point I was injured and Michael offered to assist with an opening prep, I didn't need the help but the offer was appreciated.
