We were incredibly happy with the price we got for our house and the very short time it took to sell - the two most important things to us in selling our house. Michael was also friendly and communicative. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a discussion and a clearer understanding of the process for when an offer is made and a contract is drawn up, and the offer accepted. Having said that, this was due largely to Michael being overseas at that time.
