I had in three agents before deciding whom to go with, although all three seemed credible and knew what they were talking about (they all seemed to have differing views) but all believable. Michael came to us with the highest offer , an offer that was higher than what we had agreed to with him. This was evident by the offers already written, crossed out, increase in the price offered, crossed out again and another increase in the price offered. We signed the contract, however he got us another $500.00 on top of the total price that we had signed the contract on. It is clear that Michael has great negotiation skills and knows his work. We were very happy with the Sale of our House and will definitely be contacting Michael again if need be in the future.
