We meet Michael at a private inspection and then told him what we were looking for, and Michael worked with us to purchase the home we did from him, he worked well after business hours for us and has been nothing but professional.

Michael sold our house - 'off market' - which was a new experience for us! We had been considering what the next 10 years might look like & our process included a couple of formal valuations - from different local agents - so that we would at least have a starting point. About 2 weeks after the valuations we were surprised to find Michael at the door, even more surprised to learn that he had a couple of potential buyers - who would like to 'inspect'!
