Potential not realised through unavailability

We decided to employ Mick based on his market knowledge, credibility and ratings in the industry. Upon signing the contract we were advised he would be on annual leave at the time of our property sale and we were then required to deal with his PA who we understand had no formal property sales qualifications. This resulted in several issues that were less than satisfactory and contractual agreements which were not met. We were disappointed in what had promised to be good value for the investment.
