Michael advised that he thought he could obtain a price for our property that was 10% higher than that suggested by other agents in the town. The marketing material and presentation were first class and it all added up to a quick sale at very close to the price he suggested and certainly well above our expectations. When I recently asked Michael for advise on the preparation and sale of our unit at Pakenham, I asked 2 things of him 1: Don't give me pie in the sky price guide & 2: Don't tell me what you think I want to hear, just straight talk. Michael gave his undertaking that that's what he'd do, & he did just that. Couldn't ask for any more than that. No complaints - unit sold!
