From the very beginning Mick and Ash were upfront about costs and processes and expectations. There was no fluffing around. My mothers house was sold in around 2 weeks above price range. But that's only half of the story. Any agent can sell a house, given enough time, but its the lengths that Mick and Ash went to in order to make it happen.
