Michael listened to our feedback on each of the properties we looked at and refined our search using his insight to the local real estate market. We genuinely felt that he wanted to sell us the RIGHT property - not just any house to get a quick sale. The property we ended up buying was so far from what we had in mind at the beginning of our search - but is absolutely perfect for our needs. We weren't sure initially, but Michael convinced us to have a look and think of an alternative plan - and here we are!!! Owners of a lovely home in a wonderful neighbourhood.
