Selling rural property isn't always easy. It definitely isn't during a severe drought. Michael and Ash were clear, honest and attentive right through the whole process. There were no surprises at any time and Michael's information and advice was spot on. The sale did take a number of months but I put this down to the drought more than anything else. Having noted that, Michael and Ash worked hard throughout and took the right steps throughout. We are happy with the price and very happy with the service!
