I am very pleased with the selling price - it surpassed expectations. Michaela's willingness to look after property when vacant is also much appreciated. The Marketing of property was also very good. My only criticism is at earlier stages of owner/ agent discussions I felt out of the loop due to online, technical hitche e.g. me not receiving Authority when expected ( in Spam folder). As an older client, one needs lots of reassurance! Phone and text messages were all responded to cheerfully and promptly. I admired Michaela' skill at resolving the sale in such a short period also.
