Michaela is a great communicator, over the phone, and also via emails. She is totally reliable, efficient, and prior to meeting Michaela I had total confidence in her. Once we'd met, we had a lovely rapport with each other. Michaela showed such understanding and she gave me a great sense of calmness when a couple of bank issues slowed down our process. She was a brilliant mediator between myself and the buyer. I would seek Michaela out first, for any property matters in the future.
