Michael’s knowledge of the market was above the board. He understood how to market my property and when to launch it. He was familiar with the price range and achieved my expectations. He was honest, which is rare with agents! He was transparent and an excellent communicator who followed up all enquires. Could not recommend him more highly. 4 offers, five days after the first open sold two days later. Sold less than three weeks after launch even though it was launched two days after Christmas.
