Michal was very friendly and professional. I started dealing with Michal via email as I was in Thailand at the time I saw the property listed. We exchanged a few emails back and fourth while I was away and he always got back to me. The weekend we got back from Thailand was auction day. This was the first time we actually had met. He was very friendly, informative and professional. We bought the house at auction as my wife loved it! In the time from auction to settlement I emailed and texted Michal about a few things and he was always prompt! He managed to get us access to measure up the rooms, check dimensions etc at the house.
