We bought our second home in August 2021 with Michele. She was very approachable, yet knew when we needed space to talk as a couple about price etc. We dealt with a lot of agents leading up to this purchase and feel that she had the balance between pushy and standoffish down pat. I believe she acted on behalf of the seller and us impartially and would be happy to consider her if we were ever to sell our home.
I had the pleasure recently of dealing with Michele for the sale of my brother-in-law's unit in Clayton Street, Hermit Park. I found Michele to be very professional, courteous and understanding at all times. This at times was not an easy task for her as my brother-in-law is in a nursing home and at times not the easiest to deal with. She was patient with him at all times and secured the sale with a price he was very pleased with. I would recommend Michele for any Real Estate Dealings in the future.

Michele came recommended and didn't let me down. With the property needing a few maintenance issues attended to, and me being 1,600km away, I often relied on Michele to help get the property ready for market. And when it finally hit the market Michele went above and beyond with research and information she sourced to help allay objections the final purchaser had. Overall a good result.

We had the pleasure of working with Michele to sell this and another property in the same area at the same time. Both houses were tenanted with leases with long periods still outstanding. Michele worked closely with the tenants through the tears and tantrums and gently found solutions to their issues, such that the properties were vacant in a short time and everyone was happy. This enabled the houses to be more freely marketed and they sold quickly at fair market prices shortly after. Had the tenants not been treated with courtesy and kindness I am sure the houses would still be on the market. We have nothing but praise for Michele and her team and would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell property in the Townsville area.
