Dealing with Michele is an absolute pleasure! In this instance, we actually called Michelle to see if she could approach the seller to advise him of our interest, not wanting to deal with anyone else. (The property was not listed with Michelle at that time). Due to COVID-19 we have been unable to travel to actually view this property BUT we trust Michelle's judgement implicitly. We still have not seen the property! The purchase will go ahead regardless and I am quite sure we will be extremely happy with it.
