I first met Michele at one of her home opens. After placing an offer on this property, I then gave Michele my home to sell so that i could proceed . Unfortunately though my offer was not accepted . However i did want to sell my home and downsize with a view of moving to Mandurah. I had previously had my home with another agent for 3 months without any success. Before I listed my property with Michele she presented me with important evidence supporting our pricing strategy etc. Photographs were professionally taken. At the first home open we had three couples through with the first ones placing an offer and eventually buying my house. The sale was complicated and sometimes intricate.
