In my dealings with Michele she was extremely friendly and easy going. Her knowledge of real estate is first class. Being able to work through the various obstacles being thrown at her was not easy. Her communication was great in constantly letting me know where the sale was at and what was next required. It didn't matter what the time of day was she regularly got back to me on any query I had in a timely manner with a minimum of fuss. Great customer service.
