Michele and team actually sold our property twice due to an unintentional encroachment issue and subsequent boundary realignment. Throughout an arduous 7+ month external legal process they cheerfully and professionally managed to keep all involved parties informed and supported. Each prospective buyer was fully and honestly informed of the complex process of boundary realignment.
