As a first home buyer I was disappointed with my experience buying through this agency and would not recommend Elders to anyone. I found Michelle to be uninterested in the process, choosing to be on her phone during the inspection rather than putting her full attention into selling the house. As a first time buyer, this was an exciting time for me however with Michelle it felt very impersonal and just like any other day to her. This set her apart from other agents I came across during house inspections who were warm, welcoming and interested in finding out about what I was looking for. Michelle was the opposite and if multiple agents were selling the house I bought I certainly would not have chosen Elders.
