When it came to downsizing my property I knew I only wanted to move to Alstonville. My daughter organised for Michele to show us 3 properties in the Alstonville Leisure Village, at this stage we were about to put my property on the market. Michele had no problems with that & to keep her updated with the progress of the sale. About 2 weeks later my daughter rang Michele & said that there had been an offer made on my property but no contracts exchanged yet. It was during this conversation that Michele said that we could put a deposit on the house in the Leisure Village subject to the successful sale of my property.
