Outstanding negotiation Skills

We approached Michelle after hearing of an amazing result from another property she just sold. We were in the process of preparing our property to sell, so we called her & negotiated a 14 day off market campaign whilst we were getting ready. She had mentioned she has buyers from the last campaign & true to form she bought 5 buyers in, we had multiple offers from 4 of the buyers & sold unconditionally for a price we extremely happy with,all within 10 days. Not too pushy and fake

Michelle was very easy to deal with. I felt she was very genuine and not super pushy like some agents - she gave me time in other words without the regular pushy you’ll miss out lines!!!!

Can do approach to Real Estate

Nothing was too hard, too big or too small for Michelle. Michelle presents in a professional manager and her engagement style is second to none. She was a breeze to deal with and made the process easy/seamless even though she is challenged with many COVID restrictions. I was quite daunted by the task of buying a property but Michelle was always available to speak to and she effortlessly guided me through what I considered a daunting task.
