Some estate agents are fair to muddlin, and then there are those who are better. But at last we found THE BEST! Why? This person walked the walk and could talk the talk. We were dignified by being HEARD. We complained about past experiences with agents and the way we were treated by some. She HEARD and understood completely. It was obvious she was in it not only for herself, but in it for us. We received the price we KNEW the property was worth because the agent could talk the talk and never intimidated us into dropping our price. She 'talked' FOR us and never against us as if in favour of the buyer. We felt respected as she clearly understood her role not as a 'mediator' but more like our employee. She respected the fact that a 'home' is a person's LIFE and not just a 'business' transaction to be coldly performed, so as to move on to the next. She is honest and stands by her word. A pleasure to deal with as she speaks in a clear firm manner and everybody she deals with understands exactly what is to be expected. No wishy washy performance. Michelle sold a home for another person we knew in the same street and they also spoke highly of her to us. She also handled another property for us and was excellent. Out of 1 to 10 we rate her a 10.

I first meet Michelle Brown around the middle of 2016 and we looked at the property we have just purchased. We were pleasantly surprised to find it still on the market when we again meet up with Michelle in Feb 2017. We realised there were cheaper properties in the same estate, but could see the difference in price reflected in the size of the block and the inclusions in the house. As we were moving out of an over 65 retirement village our sale was very complicated, but Michelle stuck with us all the way. I got the feeling she was under quite some pressure from other people in the company and at different times Michelle and I were both quite stressed. I have found her helpfulness amazing. She has always keep me informed and has always been available to talk or to return my calls (of which there has been many). We now seem to be (hopefully) at the near end of a very difficult buy/sale and I doubt any of this would have happened if it hadn't been Michelle Brown's number I rang to enquire about the house. When Vicky and I decided to get an evaluation for our home we wanted to use a local real estate agent that was close to our home. When we rang the professionals wodonga Michelle came around the same day, and rang back the next day with an estimate. I asked her if she was pulling my leg and Michelle replied no I'm in the business of selling houses not pulling legs. The other evaluations we had were way under Michelle's and obviously within their comfort zone. Michelle went out on a limb for us even after her own colleague's questioned her, to her credit she stuck to her guns and after only 1 open house 10 days later our home was sold. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, in what turned out to be a very complicated sale/purchase. The property was a deceased estate and Michelle had to deal with out of area vendor and solicitor, an irregularity in the purchase contracts and Crown land title issues. Michelle kept in touch with everyone even over the Christmas close down. Michelle worked tirelessly ensuring that everything went smoothly. Michelle is one of the few agents I have met that works just as hard for the purchaser as she does the vendor, I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase property in the Albury/Wodonga area.
