Michelle helped the reviewer sell this property

Michelle Cheney is aware, astute, approachable and always available. Awesome.

Michelle takes a genuine interest in her clients through really listening to their aims and objectives as described by them and from their point of view. No attempt is made to change or redirect the client based on her personal preferences, an excellent approach which is valuably balanced by her relevant, current and reliable market knowledge. Michelle is always available, acts quickly, is always on time, wastes no time, but at the same time is totally patient and never tries to hurry the thoughts, actions or decision making of those she is assisting. Michelle Cheney is a characterful, kind and caring, courteous and approachable real estate agent.
