Michelle showed great resourcefulness through the sale process. There were several hurdles to be negotiated because of purchasers not being prepared and not funded. There were solicitors, who quite frankly showed no awareness of the real world, that Michelle had to coax through the process of preparing the contracts. At times, when the frustration was being all consuming, she showed how professional negotiators should manage their clients expectations for favorable outcomes. A job well done.
