I Could not fault Michelle Cook, she went above and beyond with the sale of my property. She is an exceptional real estate agent. Nothing was ever to much. Her great communication skills and knowledge of the market never let her down, with updates given through out each stage. I would highly recommend her. Love your work Michelle.
Michelle sold our property in ONE day. She is a brilliant negotiator, and her communication skills are exceptional . she is realistic, honest, and always delivers so much more than expected. This is the second property she has sold for us, and we would NEVER use anyone else. The BEST of the BEST of the BEST.
We have worked with some amazing agents over the years (and some shockers). Michelle’s work ethic is beyond reproach, she is professional, determined and committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients. We can not wait to work with Michelle again in the future!!
Michelle is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very responsive and will never leave you waiting. She made buying our property a fun adventure
Michelle was not only knowledgeable, professional and skillfull, she also engendered a sense of trust that allowed me to fully surrender any stress throughout the entire sale of my home. Michelle put herself in my shoes and sought to achieve exactly what I wanted in the sale price and more. Especially in such a harsh and competitive real estate environment, the result she secured was more than satisfactory.
Michelle was a very responsive and supportive Agent. She made the purchase easy and stress free, recommend her!
Ok here's the deal. She was friendly, passionate, focused, drivn, positive and supportive. The best Real Estate agent we have ever used. Would 100% only use Michelle from now on to sell my properties (but she sold them all thats how good she is). Can not say enough great things about her.
Honestly the best Real Estate agent we have ever dealt with. She sold two of our houses now and went in to with full force and passion. She kept us regularly updated on everything. Will be using Michelle from now on as our agent. Never will we ever sell a house through anyone but her. She is the best.
