Michelle Cottington was a pleasure to deal with. I met her when she showed us through a property we were interested in before we had listed our own property for sale. Michelle was very personable and it felt like I was dealing with a family friend that had our best interests at heart rather than your typical sales agent. It was a no brainer to list our house for sale with Michelle and I'm grateful we did. Michelle was always available for inspections and her responsiveness to our queries was always prompt. She really put the legwork in behind the scenes and I hope she knows how appreciative we are for that. We were under a great deal of pressure to sell and exchange quickly, Michelle made this happen for us whilst keeping a calm and professional demeanor throughout (when I'm sure our situation called on her reserve)!.
