Our builders weren't given ample time to research the house, they were quite dissapointed with the 'go go go knocking on the bench lets go' attitude and felt quite disrespected. They couldnt go through the manhole because Michelle told them we (buyers) should give written authorisation for the manhole! (I thought when I already authorised them to inspect they can access anywhere, didnt know I need to send a separate authorisation for the manhole!!) So when I spoke to her to give access, she says you've already completed the inspection and cant inspect anymore until after settlement! That's rich. The main switch was installed in our neighbours unit. The whole time she kept saying its there while everyone whom were at the unit confirmes thats not the main board. There was a big communication difference between before signing contracts, after, and when it went unconditional. Some people are just looking to make the sale and dont care how it affects others.
