Michelle was very professional, a pleasure to work with, very communicative and honest about the sale process and her client's position. Played the process very straight. Acted in her client's best interests but was very fair in dealing with my partner and I as potential purchaser's, noting our preferred position. Would suggest to all RE Agents the need for upfront visibility about a Vendor's sale price expectation at the outset, as this differed from the Guide. That said, we are very pleased with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as a RE Agent. Very calm during negotiations and a delightful and vey personable person.
I had used Michelle for my first sale in Manly, which I was very pleased with. So, I thought I would use her again for my sale in Fairlight. However, I was disappointed with her approach and process this time, and felt her knowledge of the market was limited leading to an unfavourable result for my property. Whilst her communication and negotiation skills are great, I feel I was let down in other areas. I believe a credible rapport and trust between the vendor and agent necessary, and would have made the process smoother.
