There were a few hiccups on the buyers end that resulted in delays out of all our control, and Michelle was so good at keeping me in the loop and doing the back and forth between us all. Those delays aside, the whole process was very smooth and it all went through far quicker than I had hope. 100% would engage her services again. Excellent experience.
