Don't look beyond Michelle!

Can't say enough good things about Michelle Gatani. Sold our house in 1 week for a price we wanted and a price that certainly wasn't under market value. Went out of her way to get signatures on paperwork after hours to make sure the deal was done. Easily contactable and kept us informed at each and every stage. Even set out to look for a new property for us to purchase. I'm just sorry she didn't have a property at the time that suited our needs. Looked up agents on "ratemyagent" before choosing her and reached out to Michelle and another agent who had the highest rating for Armadale sales and emailed both. Michelle emailed back and called within hours. I'm still waiting to hear back from the other fellow - his loss, commission is now gone. Massive thanks to Michelle!
