As a vendor, you feel like she is definitely looking after you and not the buyer (as is the case with some agents). Michelle's husband Rob is also a real estate agent so you definitely get the expertise of two agents for the price of one! Michelle and Rob go above and beyond. They will tend to gardens, stick their head up in a roof space and pretty much do anything to ensure a smooth and easy sale process Michelle also has a list of tradies that dont charge an arm and a leg to assist with any odd jobs that need doing prior to sale.
