Michelle was fantastic to work with and more then achieved the result I was after. Having engaged a number of agents, Michelle was quick to respond and proactive throughout the process. She had an excellent feel for the market and her strategy differentiated her among the others. The sale proved to proceed as expected in the strategy and she presented several offered for consideration. She has an enthusiastic but no nonsense attitude which makes her easy to work with.
