Review of our house sale!

Hi there! This is the first time we have sold a home as was our first property and had absolutely no clue where to begin. We contacted Michelle who right from the beginning was absolutely exceptional in explaining the process from beginning to end on what to expect and our options. She is very professional but a perfect balance of being very down to earth in explanation and understanding of our situation for our sale . She was never pushy for sales, completely left us to make our decisions without bombarding us and overwhelming us with calls of emails to see if we had any decisions etc. I liked this approach as do not feel comfortable with pushy sales. Michelle was available to contact at any time and went above and beyond to help explain things to me which I wasn't fully sure of the terminology as it was our first time selling. She helped to put our minds at ease that everything was in safe hands with updates and helped which could've been a very stressful and overwhelming process very simplified and straightforward. I could not recommend Michelle enough and should we be looking at selling or buying again she would be the person I would contact to do so. So so happy with our experience from beginning to end and absolutely a 10/10 for all the help and support from Michelle.
