The main thing that I liked about working with Michelle was that i felt 'at ease' talking with her right from the start. My purchase was a bit "spur of the moment", but Michelle handled my questions well, quickly and thoroughly. She kept me in the loop, and never seemed to mind when contractual issues fell outside of working hours. She beyond the call of duty to attend to some issues around due diligence, working with council etc, and attending the site when I couldn't be there. Michelle was extremely helpful & friendly during the whole sale process, we were lucky the house sold within a couple of weeks of going on the market and everything went without a hitch. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and became a friend to the whole family. Any questions were answered and dealt with promptly.
