Michelle is very professional and efficient. As we only stayed one week in Brisbane, Michelle helped us a lot in buying our dream apartment successfully in such a limited time. Also, she is responsible and kind hearted. She always replies our email /messages promptly both before and after we buying this apartment.
I really appreciate your efforts in selling my apartment in such an inactive market.
I should give her 6* rating. Michelle is really good agent on knowledge and services, I am happy with everything she has done.
She is very professional and responsible. She is able to sell a property even when the market is oversupply. I strongly recommed her as she know what she's doing and better than the rest of 99% of the real estate agent.
Very efficient and quick reaction agent. Responsible and reliable
Michelle was very keen and enthusiastic. She kept us well informed at all times and was professional in her dealings with us. She sold our property as she promised she would while other units in our building remained unsold. We are very pleased we appointed her. Even though the unit sold lower than we hoped, we believe it was the low market that drove this price decline and was not due to her lack of effort in selling our property.
Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. she is one of the few agents that listens to what you're looking for, and endeavours to find you the right place. Always pleasant and happy to deal with, Everything went smoothly & I was always able to contact her with any questions before and after sale. Michelle is a fantastic agent and a decent human being. Would definitely go through her again without hesitation.
Michelle is the best agent I have seen so far! Providing many ideas about interior design. Even if we settled, still keep touch with us and provid useful information like crimsafe windows. She did a really good job!
michelle is a unique gem! you can trust her to work hard for you to make sur proces the process of selling your property (which can be a very streeful time) one of the easiest processes. Michelle is hard working, genuine, honest. her communication was exceptional-we always knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. i would highly recommend Michelle to anyone considering selling their property as she deeply cares for people, and will do her very best at all the time.
