A real fantastic effort!

Michelle was exceptionally nice to us as tenants of the investment property she was listing for sale. Polite, courteous, friendly and genuinely appreciative of our efforts to prepare the property for the photoshoot. We expressed early on our potential interest in purchasing the unit ourselves and she was helpful in recommending her contacts that were able to help us negotiate the financing and conveyancing to a successful conclusion. A hard negotiator, I will be using Michelle when I need a good agent in the future.
