I was very happy with Michelle’s approach to both selling my property and her dealings with me as the seller. She always showed herself to be a person of honesty and integrity and never tried to force me into making any decisions that I was not comfortable with. Michelle was always approachable as well as respectful in listening to my concerns. She was honest about price potential and buyers feedback, giving me encouragement but never false expectations, for which I was greatly appreciative. She put conscientious effort into following up with buyers enquires and keeping me informed of every development. I commend her on her hard work, which together with the effort of her team member, Natalie, resulted in me achieving a pleasing price for my property at auction. Michelle was a thorough professional and she had an excellent knowledge of the local market. I have had some negative experiences as both a buyer and a seller in the past with some real estate agents but Michelle and Natalie certainly restored my faith that property transactions can be carried out honestly and with integrity with the right agents.
