Michelle from 1st National is very understanding and listen to what the buyer is looking for especially for us as we were looking for our 1st home. Her experience and knowledge about the Sarina area was very handy when narrowing down the right place for us. We are very happy we had Michelle as our agent.
Michelle kept me updated on progress of sale. Negotiated with seller and ensured we received the best deal.Good followup communication and easily connectable.Would highly recommend Michelle Hull.
Used Michelle as she helped sell a family’s property. Michelle communicated constantly with us and kept us up to date. Received an offer within 4 months (3rd time on the market). Would definitely use Michelle’s services again.
Michelle was "down to earth" with us and was open to all ideas and LISTENED to what we wanted. She didn't show us house wasting our time just ones that were along the lines of what we wanted. She also was at the end of the phone whenever we had any questions during the settlement and helped us through a quite painful settlement. We are both glad that it's now over and we are the happy owners of a "now" work in progress. Thank you Michelle for an EXCELLENT job.
Quite simply ... we would not have sold the house without Michelle. She is honest, hardworking and friendly. She understands the market and has the ability to make potential buyers ... buyers. Thanks Michelle. We really appreciate you and all your help.:)
Always professional, flexible, and on time bringing people around. Pleasure to deal with, would recommend to anyone.
Michelle was patient and kind to a reluctant seller, showing real concern that both parties were resettled to everyone's satisfaction. Michelle worked hard to ensure the process was smooth being available and communicative.
There was no problem submitting the offer for 1 Gralow Court, the handover couldn't have gone smoother as Michelle did everything to make both buyer and seller happy.
She was able to give all the information i needed and prepared to work her schedule to allow my second house inspection on short notice. It’s good to see Michelle takes the effort to ensure the customer needs are looked after well done Michelle
Michelle was efficient, great to work with and genuine...thank you Michelle
