I guess in real estate you are only as happy as the end result (being sale price) but not only were we unbelievably happy with the record breaking price, for our type of home, but the advice to help achieve this was invaluable. From tips on de-cluttering, lighting to staging, their photos and marketing materials were some of the best I have seen and the way they handled negotiations when I was a bundle of nerves - top notch. I didn't feel pressure and I was well informed all the way. What I wasn't prepared for was the 'after sales service' we had a number of questions and handover queries from the buyers and they did not walk away and leave it to us, which I have heard can happen, they continued to act on our behalf up until the keys were handed over. I actively recommend this professional team to anyone I know who is thinking of selling.
