Michelle Kerr was the vendor's agent, and hence the agent who actually sold us our new house. She was informative and did not "oversell" the house. She was always responsive to the questions which we had at various times. In particular she resolved a problem with a substantial front fence which had been built without Development Approval or Builder's Permit. All in all, a very positive and trouble-free experience.
