I met Michelle around late February Our mums house went on the market middle of June 2023 . Up until that point Michelle was in contact via email to let us know what the market was doing with sales , upcoming auctions. Her knowledge quite extensive. Definitely not too pushy ( as in hurry up get it on market ) I have been in the real estate industry before, long time ago , so I know what some agents are like . She isn’t like that Michelle also took in consideration that we needed time to consider options and also renovate property to sell.
