I met Michelle around late February Our mums house went on the market middle of June 2023 . Up until that point Michelle was in contact via email to let us know what the market was doing with sales , upcoming auctions. Her knowledge quite extensive. Definitely not too pushy ( as in hurry up get it on market ) I have been in the real estate industry before, long time ago , so I know what some agents are like . She isn’t like that Michelle also took in consideration that we needed time to consider options and also renovate property to sell. That also shows she cares Extremely good trait to have when speaking to clients . Her communication, knowledge, marketing skills thru out the whole process , before, during and after my mum’s property was sold I can’t fault. Property sold early August 2023 . Not on market for long considering Michelle put feelers out there beforehand to create interest If I was ever to get back into the real estate industry again. I would work with her .
