Michelle is friendly and always provide quick response in attending to my queries. However, she should have ensure the previous tenants clean up the place properly before handing over. 50% of the whole place is still in bad condition and my partner and me have to clean up the entire place again. Top shelves not cleaned, oven not clean, drawer underneath the faucet not clean, the rails of all the sliding doors not cleaned, just to name a few.
