Michelle was most attentive and had a good understanding of the purchaser's needs and concerns. She was responsive in a timely manner, held a good market knowledge and positively aimed to achieve an outcome between the parties. Easy to deal with and followed up on queries.

Although I made an enormous loss I guess I accepted a lower price just to get out of QLD. I hope I never have to see QLD again. Bad investment not her fault. QLD needs something not sure what. She did the best I guess but I believe the buyer got the better deal. I could have waited I guess, but wanted to leave as from the beginning this was my fault. She was professional and I guess that as my other properties have not sold this is one off the books.

We were so happy and sold in just 24 hrs. We were just considering getting house ready for sale and Michelle had matched up the wish list of the buyers email and what we had on offer to sell. We knew Michelle was a very keen and motivated agent being fairly new to the real estate business but we never knew it would just happy as quick as that. Thanks again Michelle
