Great how Michelle gets the ball rolling by getting your property out there on her own social media site by highlighting amenities near the properties and then parts of the house and land itself. When the open house days or nights were held I was given plenty of notice. And made sure it would be ok. On the auction night all had to come together very quickly as it was rescheduled and thanks to Michelle and Barry plant, it all went off well.
I was undertaking selling my mothers home whilst she was in Aged Care. I asked for recommendations and was strongly recommended Michelle by a local Facebook group. I did source 2 other Real Estate Agents for my listing, but Michelle seemed to understand the importance of my decision and totally understood how hard it is to sell a house on some else’s behalf.
