Michelle was the agent when I bought my house previously, I do like her professionalism in her job and was happy using her services again as a seller. Very impressed with her approach, step by step on the sell processes, recommended contacts on furniture staging, regular updates via messages, email, phone calls and report stats on potential buyers as well as her pleasant nature ( always smile and a positive attitude) which making selling experience less stressful. She even went beyond her duties working on her holiday to ensure that both buyer(s) and seller(s) were aligned so that both parties were happy with the sell/buy transaction. One minor thing, not sure the initial estimated mid selling price quoted which was not met, could this be over promised? Or maybe the timing was wrong from the seller (Absence from more buyers during the holiday season). However the end result was ok, quick sell and price was not bad compared to other sells around the same time. Would I use Michelle services again? Definitely yes, not only her but all her colleagues are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Barry Plant as the agent to conduct the selling of houses.
